Peanut skin extract is a leguminous plant, peanut ArachishypogaeaL. It mainly contains flavonoids such as proanthocyanidin, resveratrol and quercetin. Oligoproanthocyanidins(OPC) have biological activities such as scavenging free radicals, antioxidant, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection, and have been used in health food, daily chemicals and other fields.

Peanut coat extract is extracted from the seed coat of a specific peanut variety, and its main component is polyphenol proanthocyanidins. Used in food supplements, health food and cosmetics.

Proanthocyanidins are a kind of bioflavonoids with special molecular structure, which is recognized internationally as the most effective natural antioxidant for scavenging free radicals in human body. Generally red brown powder, gas, astringent taste, soluble in water and most organic solvents.

Proanthocyanidins are a new type of highly effective antioxidant, which is the most powerful free radical scavenger found so far and has very strong activity in vivo.
